Resolved - This issue is now resolved, and Google Cloud have now closed the underlying issue.

Update - Google Cloud are reporting that the underlying issue has been mitigated, and all services are returning to normal. Identified - Pandle is currently unavailable or running very slowly for many users.

This is caused by a widespread connectivity problem at Google Cloud, our hosting provider. The incident started at 7:10am and is affecting several of their European regions, including the UK.

Google’s engineers are working on a fix. We’re monitoring it closely and will bring Pandle back as soon as their service recovers.
